A 2-1 design that is carefully handmade with high quality TIG welding and 2” high-grade 316 stainless steel pipes, both pipes go to a merge collector made of 2” stainless steel, ending in a 3” stainless steel muffler. Due to its handcrafted muffler, it provides a lighter sound, for those who don’t like the tempestuous roar of an open exhaust. Are the exhaust systems in stock or how long does it take to receive my order?

All our pipes are made to order, that way we can ensure the fitment to the year and model of your bike. Since the pipes are fabricated after we receive your order it takes us an estimated time of 25-35 business days to ship your exhaust system.

What are the different finishes you offer?
1. -Raw: brushed stainless steel texture and color on the welds. This creates a unique industrial look allowing you to appreciate the craftsmanship on the welds.
2. -Polished: we present this finish as an alternative to those customers looking a chrome look. When polishing the pipes your exhaust will have that shiny mirror finish similar to chrome.
3. -Black Cerakote: we use a semi matte ceramic coating by Cerakote, specifically made for extremely high temperatures.

How do the heat shields look?

Heat shields are also made to order for each exhaust. The look of the heat shields matches the pipes so they don’t take away the look.

What does my order include?

With your exhaust system you will be receiving a flange kit, gaskets and retaining springs. Our exhaust systems were designed to not need extra mounting hardware allowing for an easier installation. They bolt on right to the engine (custom brackets can be fabricated under request).

How can I be sure the system will fit on my bike?

Our pipes are made to order, we do a mock up on an actual bike when building the system and after welding them we do a fitment tests to ensure they have no clearance issues. All exhaust systems are tested on a bike similar to yours prior to shipping to prevent any fitment problems.

Do I need anything else to run my Gallop exhaust?

A tune is always recommended when modifying your current set up.

Will the pipes have bungs for the O2 sensors?

Yes, pipes will include bungs for plugging your O2 sensors, they will be located about 3-6” from the exhaust port. We offer both, narrow and wide band bungs, ask for the size you need. If you’re not sure we’ll fab your pipes with the option for both thread sizes.
